FEATURE CAKE - OPEN.

PEACH BLOSSOM

˝ Cup Butter, 1 Cup Sugar, 1 ˝ Cups S.R.Flour
1 Teaspoon Corn Flour, ˝ Cup Milk, 3 Egg-whites, stiffly beaten

Beat butter & sugar, add milk slowly & beat well. Add whites of eggs (stiffly beaten), then flour. Colour half pink & mix colours in tin. Bake slowly 40 – 45 minutes in bar tin. Ice pale pink icing

FEATURE CAKE - JUVENILE

LAZY DAISY
125g Butter, 125g Sugar, 2 eggs
˝ Cup Milk, 1 1/3 Cup S.R.Flour
˝ packet jelly crystals (any flavour), Vanilla, Pinch Salt

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl & stir until well blended. Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed in an electric mixer. Bake in a greased and lined bar tin in Moderate oven for 30 – 40 minutes. Ice when cold & decorate with jelly bean daisies

Points will be awarded on a 3, 2, 1 basis
